The rainy winter weather in Israel seems poised to take a weekend vacation, as a warm streak is predicted to enter in force and rise to a peak by next Tuesday.

The rise in temperatures is to start in earnest on Friday, as the heat reaches seasonal norms, and the pleasant weather is to extend on into the night.

Then on Saturday it is anticipated to be partially cloudy, with an additional increase in temperatures to a point just over seasonal averages.

Sunday is likewise to be characterized by pleasant weather and yet another rise in temperatures, with the heat streak continuing to rise on Monday, and reaching a peak on Tuesday, primarily in the coastal region.

Temperatures on Friday are to reach as high as 17° C (63° F) on the Golan Heights, 19° C (66° F) in Haifa, 20° C (68° F) in Tel Aviv, 16° C (61° F) in Jerusalem, 21° C (70° F) in Be'er Sheva, and 25° C (75° F) in Eilat.
