Security forces arrested overnight Sunday an 11-year-old resident of eastern Jerusalem in connection to the stabbing attack near the Old City's Damascus Gate on Saturday evening.

Police said the youth admitted to participating in the attack during questioning. He is just the latest disturbingly young Arab to have carried out a terror attack against Jewish civilians.

A second youth, a 15-year-old also from eastern Jerusalem, who turned himself in to police overnight was brought at 11:00 a.m. for a remand hearing to the Jerusalem Magistrates Court.

A third suspect has not yet been caught.

The Arab terrorists stabbed and wounded a 17-year-old Jewish boy during the attack just minutes before the end of Shabbat. They fled immediately afterwards.

The victim was identified on Sunday as Aharon Pomanski of Brooklyn, New York. He made aliyah last month in order to join the IDF and is currently studying in a pre-military academy next to Jerusalem.

Pomanski is expected to be released later Sunday from the Hadassah Medical Center on Mount Scopus in the capital.
