ביקור חולים בתל השומר

Defense Minister Moshe Ya'alon (Likud) visited on Monday a number of Israeli citizens - including soldiers, police officers and civilians - wounded in the latest wave of Arab terror.

The bikkur cholim visit took place at the Sheba Medical Center in Tel Hashomer.

Among the injured terror victims Ya'alon met with were soldiers Yarin Ashkenazi and Orel Ozeri. Both were seriously injured in a car-ramming and stabbing attack near Gan Shmuel two months ago.

Ya'alon actually had also visited them in the days just after the attack while they were still unconscious.

During the visit on Monday, the Defense Minister met with Ohad Ben Yishai, an IDF soldier critically injured in Operative Protective Edge in the summer of 2014.

"Be patient and let time runs its course," Ya'alon told the injured. "Your doctors are very experienced and know what to do to return you home in the best manner possible."
