Hamas remains stubborn over the issue of the whereabouts and fate of IDF soldiers Hadar Goldin and Oron Shaul on Sunday, hours after a press conference in which Shaul's family called on the group and Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to strike a deal to obtain information.

"Hamas will only release information about the Israelis after Israel releases the prisoners [terrorists - ed.] released in the [2011] Gilad Shalit deal who were rearrested after the kidnapping of the boys," a spokesman for the group told Walla! News Sunday night.

The State of Israel rearrested dozens of terrorists after the abduction and murders of Naftali Frankel, Gilad Sha'ar, and Eyal Yifrah in summer 2014.

Earlier Sunday, Zahava specifically called on Hamas figure Ismail Haniyeh to be truthful about the information the group has touted about her son.

"As soon as you prove it, we will turn over everything in this country and in the world to make sure a deal goes through," she promised. "I demand from my country: return my son Oron, along with Hadar Goldin."
