הנרצח היהודי לא נותר לבד

Alon Guvberg, 51, was killed last month during a brutal knife and gun attack on a bus traveling in Jerusalem's southeastern Armon Hanatziv neighborhood.

Although Guvberg had no family, thanks to a social media campaign dozens of people turned up for his funeral in the capital.

Wednesday marked 30 days since his murder, and Israelis have still not forgotten the lone terror victim.

A group of people organized a memorial ceremony for the shloshim, hoping to bring others to recite the traditional Kaddish memorial prayer and read Psalms at his graveside.

While few people came, it was very moving for the participants, the organizers said.

Guverg was one of three victims murdered in the attack on Gallow's Street in Armon Hanatziv, in which two Arab terrorists, one armed with a knife and the other with a gun, took over a bus and locked the passengers inside.

The other victims were 78-year-old Chaim Haviv and 76-year-old Richard Lakin.
