My Israel, a non-governmental organization that was originally headed by Jewish Home Ministers Naftali Bennett and Ayelet Shaked, has produced a hard-hitting short video prodding Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to take tougher action against Islamic terrorism.

The video is built around a short soundbite from an interview with Netanyahu in which he is asked, what he thinks his current term in government will be remembered for. He replied: 'I would like my term to be remembered as 'the guarantor of Israel's security.'”

Disturbing images and sounds of terror attacks make up most of the 58-second video, and are followed by text: "Only one man can bring back security to Israel,” it says. “Mr. Prime Minister, it is time to take action. The nation of Israel is behind you.”

The title of the video is: “We are tired of remaining silent – bring back security!”

Bennett and Shaked created My Israel before joining – and eventually taking over – the Jewish Home. They then passed stewardship of the NGO to others, and the degree to which they still have influence over the NGO is a matter of dispute.

Sources close to Prime Netanyahu lashed out at Bennett and other Jewish Home ministers on Saturday for issuing critical remarks about the security situation in Israel.

In response to the cruel murder of Rabbi Eitam and Naama Henkin on Thursday, the Jewish Home chairman handed the Prime Minister a list of demands

Bennett tasked the government with backing security forces in their fight against terrorists, the immediate building of a neighborhood or town in response to each terrorist attack, and the immediate re-arrest and return to jail of terrorists freed in the Shalit deal.

Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked also joined the attack on Netanyahu on Friday, arguing the IDF was not doing enough in Judea-Samaria before overtly criticizing government policy

Aides close to Netanyahu blasted Shaked and Bennett, with one asserting to Haaretz that "the claim the army's commanders and soldiers aren't getting the proper backing is false and outrageous."

"We are tired of ministers using the attack in a cynical manner to make political capital and raise suggestions that are already being carried out," he added.
