Labor is enjoying a post-primaries boom, according to a Channel 2 poll Thursday, and is set to pull ahead of Likud by two mandates.

The Labor party will gain 25 seats in the 20th Knesset, according to the poll, beating Likud at 23 seats.

Jewish Home remains perennially in third place with 16 seats, however, and is not benefitting from a post-primaries boom of its own.

Yair Lapid's Yesh Atid is making something of a comeback, for its part, and is projected to place fourth with 11 seats. Fifth and far behind is Moshe Kahlon's Kulanu party at 8 seats, followed by Yisrael Beytenu at just 7 seats.

The hareidi, Arab, and far-left parties round out the bottom third of the election poll. United Torah Judaism (UTJ) gained 7 seats - as did Shas, expected to make a recovery after the return of party leader Aryeh Deri.

United Arab List (UAL) and Balad, if running on a joint list, would gain six seats combined in the 20th Knesset, followed by the Communist Arab Hadash party and far-left Meretz at 5 seats each.

Eli Yishai's Yachad - Ha'am Itanu party would fail to meet the party threshold, however, and ex-MK Michael Ben-Ari's Otzma Yehudit party was not included in the survey. A different poll found that the two, if running together, would receive between four and five seats, and firmly secure a spot in the Knesset. The two parties are discussing a possible technical bloc to run on a joint list.

This is the second poll Thursday to show Labor making gains over Likud.

Also on Thursday, a Channel 10 poll showed Labor gaining a full four seats over Likud, as well as twelve seats for a joint Arab list, Yesh Atid and Kulanu vying for the Center bloc at 10 seats each, and a spectacular fall for Yisrael Beytenu.
