The family of Ismail Haniyeh, the terrorist leader of Hamas whose genocidal plans to wipe out Israel are enshrined in its charter, continues to enjoy benefits at Israel's expense as two of Haniyeh's sisters on Thursday were given an eight-month suspended sentence for illegally entering Gaza.

Sabah Haniyeh (48) and Leila Abu Rkaik (65), who hold Israeli citizenship, were given the suspended sentence by the Be'er Sheva Magistrates Court together with a 20,000 shekel (around $5,000) fine on each one, after entering the Hamas terrorist stronghold without permission, reports Channel 10.

They also have a conditional 50,000 shekel fine imposed on them that they will be forced to pay if they again illegally enter Gaza within the next three years - however, the court decided to remove the stay of exit from Israel order that had been placed on them.

Haniyeh's two sisters were born in Gaza, but received Israeli citizenship after marrying Arab citizens of Israel.

In December 2012, the court ruling notes that the two entered Gaza through Egypt via the Rafah Crossing, despite not having permission from Israeli authorities to enter the hostile enemy territory.

They left Israel through the Taba Crossing and from there continued to the Rafah Crossing, visiting in Gaza for two months before returning by the same route. It was revealed in the trial that Haniyeh knew about their visit, making the severity of the breach all the greater due to the possibility that their visit could have been used to aid their brother's terrorist activity.

The southern district attorney requested that the court give the two an active prison term of between two months and half-a-year, although as noted the court instead gave them a suspended sentence. The attorney argued "the accused harmed the value of the security of the state."

Haniyeh's family has often been given favors by Israel despite his stated desire to wipe the Jewish state off the map.

His daughter was given medical treatment in Israel last October, just months after Hamas's most recent terror war against Israel.

After Haniyeh praised the murder of a three-month-old girl in Jerusalem, Foreign Minister Avigdor Liberman hinted Haniyeh's daughter would not be given medical treatment in Israel again - but the very next month senior Hamas leader Moussa Abu Marzouk's 60-year-old sister was allowed into Israel for cancer treatment

Haniyeh's daughter isn't his only family member to benefit on Israeli tax-payer shekels; his mother-in-law last June and granddaughter in November 2013 likewise received Israeli medical treatment.

After it was revealed that Haniyeh's daughter was treated following Operation Protective Edge, Ofer Mendelovich, the bereaved father of Golani Brigade soldier Oz Mendelovich hy''d who was killed this past summer in the Gaza campaign, remarked that the treatment of the terror leader's daughter was sheer "stupidity."
