Shimshon Delbekovitch passed away in Adar 2 last year at the age of 46. He suffered from a lifelong illness.
Publicly known as a member of the legendary band Oif Simchas, his friends said he was a righteous person in every essence of his being.
Six months after dying at his friends decided to commemorate him, by establishing a charitable foundation in his name, and performing a benefit concert, all for charity.
