Several mass prayer rallies are being organized, both nationally and in individual communities across Israel, for the safety of Eyal Yifrah, 19, from Elad; Naftali Frenkel, 16, from Nof Ayalon; and Gilad Sha'ar, 16, from Talmon.

On Saturday night, a mass prayer rally will be held at the Western Wall (Kotel) in Jerusalem, beginning at 12:15 am. The rally will be attended by Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi David Lau, Tzfat Chief Rabbi Shmuel Eliyahu, and several other prominent rabbis; Arutz Sheva will be providing live coverage of the event.

On Sunday, the Rabbinate has organized an official prayer rally at the Kotel in Jerusalem for 5:00 pm. The rally will be attended by Sephardi Chief Rabbi and Rishon LeTzion Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef; Ashkenazi Chief Rabbi, Rabbi David Lau; several members of the Chief Rabbinate; tens of yeshiva high schools across Israel; ministers; MKs; and the general public.

Prayer rallies have also been arranged in several communities across Israel. The public has been asked to say Psalms (Tehilim) 121 and 130 on behalf of the boys, whose Hebrew names are: Ya'akov Naftali ben Rachel Devorah, Eyal ben Iris T'shura, and Gil'ad Micha'el ben Bat-Galim.
