US-Israel Recipes: Passover Brownies
Suri was formerly of Far Rockaway Queens, where everyone used her brownie recipe (blessing is Shehakol).
4 eggs, lightly beaten
2 scant cups sugar
1 scant cup walnut oil (or canola or any other non-olive oil that you use on Passover)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. potato starch
Grease 9x13 baking pan lightly or line with baking paper. Bake at 180C or 350F for 20 minutes or until top looks done. Cut while warm with wet knife. They are moist and yummy.
