2 slices white bread
1 portion of salmon
1 stalk celery
1 garlic clove
salt, pepper, paprika
2-3 slices of tomato
4 slices Bermuda onion
Chop the salmon with a sharp knife (do not use a meat grinder).
Chop onion, celery, carrot, garlic and add to salmon with spices to form a burger.
Heat skillet, brown bread lightly on both sides, remove bread and add the fish, cooking for 3 minutes on each side on medium flame.
Spread mayo on each slice of bread, cover with lettuce, tomato and red onion slices. place salmon burger on top and cover with second slice of bread. Enjoy!
