      US-Israel Recipes: 1 Minute Caramelized Chicken

      This easy recipe was discovered when an error was made at the Isrotel Princess Hotel in Eilat.

      3 chicken backs

      1 lemon

      3 canned peach halves

      1/2 cup red wine

      sweet paprika


      Place the cleaned chicken backs in a baking pan. Cut the peach halves and spread around the baking pan. Squeeze the lemon over the chicken and pour the wine over it. Mix sugar and paprika in a bowl (ratio 1:3) and sprinkle over chcken. Roast in oven for 40 minutes at 140-150 C.(appr. 285 F)
