These simple cookies are addictively delicious. Start eating them and you won't be able to stop.

2 eggs
1 cup oil
1/2 cup sugar

Mix well with a large wooden spoon until creamy

Sift on top of the mixture 3 cups of flour and 1 teaspoon baking soda and mix well

Add LOTS of chocolate chips ( for specialty cookies you can add to the chocolate chips some craisons, walnuts, white chips,or all of the above)!

Roll into small balls and then flatten and place on baking sheet  (you can bake them very close on the pan, they don't spread)

Bake for aprox. ten min. at. 150 C. (300 F)  but keep an eye on them.

Remove from oven approx. one min before they look completely baked.

Note: They stay fairly light and do not turn brown like cookies made with brown sugar or oatmeal, so they will be light when removed from the oven, just baked.

One small warning from the recipe section editor: take as much as you want before letting husbands and young people get near them. This past Shabbat she ended up with half of one cookie by the time she came back from making tea in the kitchen.
