      US-Israel Recipes: Kinoa-Pomegranate Salad

      A delicious and nutrient-filled way to use the pomegranates left from the Rosh Hashana holiday.

      From Arutz Sheva's Hebrew site:


      1 cup cooked kinoa

      seeds from an entire pomegranate

      fresh mint, parsley and urugula to taste (handful of each)

      juice of one lemon

      1 tsp. honey

      olive oil, salt, pepper

      Mix all ingredients in a bowl, serve and enjoy!
