Three youths were arrested Monday night in the home of one of them, David Chai Hisdai, 19, a resident of Beit El, who is under administrative house arrest, reported the Honenu organization.

Hisdai was taken for questioning at the headquarters of the Unit for International Crimes, on suspicion that he spray-painted offensive graffiti at the Latrun Monastery. He will be brought before a judge later Tuesday.

The two other youths were taken to the Judea and Samaria Police where they will be questioned on the suspicion of disobeying an administrative distancing prder.

The administrative house arrest order against Hisdai was issued last week by Maj. Gen. Nitzan Alon, Head of Central Command. He is forbidden to leave Beit El in the next six months and must stay in his home during the nighttime.

Hisdai has been arrested several times in recent months and has even been distanced from Judea and Samaria, on suspicion of involvement in disorderly conduct. About 15 other youths currently face similar distancing orders.
