The late Rebbe of Lubavitch said a picture should be taken every year of Chabad emissaries. Then, there were 200. Now, there are 3,000.

Arutz Sheva interviewed a senior Chabad rabbi at the annual conference at the “770” Lubavitch headquarters in Crown Heights.

Fitting all of the rabbis in one picture was a technical achievement that took hours of planning. The picture will be seen at Chabad centers all over the world.
