The Israel Trauma Coalition (ITC) recently took part in the Israel Gateway 2009 – Safe City Expo in Tel Aviv. ITC's stated mission is to create a continuum of care in the trauma field, response and preparedness, by leveraging diverse resources to initiate, prioritize, and optimize services.

In the following video Israel National News speaks with Dr. Naomi Baum, director of the Israel Center for the Treatment of Psychotrauma Resilience Unit. Dr. Baum explains that Israel's unfortunate wealth of experience in this field is what brings many countries to learn from the Israel-based coalition of organizations.
