As Bush arrived in Jerusalem to divide the eternal city, meteorologists were stunned when an enhanced Fujita 2 tornado touched down in Appleton and moved to Jerusalem, Arkansas, demolishing the small American town named after Israel's capitol, obliterating Mt. Zion Church, and killing 61 year-old Billy Carter. Meteorologists insist that it is a freak of nature for any tornado to hit Arkansas during the month of January.
