Photo Essay: Tisha B´av At the Western Wall
Thursday marks Tisha B'av, the 9th of the Hebrew month Av, which commemorates the destruction of the First and Second Holy Temples in Jerusalem by the Babylonians and Romans, respectively.

As a sign of mourning, Jewish Law obligates one to sit on the ground or a low stool from the onset of the day at sundown, until noon the next day.
Arutz Sheva visited the Kotel (Western Wall) to catch a glimpse of the Jewish People reciting the Book of Lamentations and mourning the loss of the Temples thousands of years ago.
