Hizbullah terrorists continued to launch Katyusha rockets at communities near the northern border. Late Monday afternoon, at least two rockets hits the city of Tiberias, injuring five people - including two with shrapnel injuries.

One person in Shlomi, in the northwestern Galilee, was lightly injured by a Katyusha attack, and several others were treated for trauma when rockets hit two neighboring buildings in Nahariya, several kilometers to the south.

Air raid sirens also sounded in Haifa and other western Galilee areas, as well as in Kiryat Shmonah, Hatzor, Rosh Pina, and Tzfat, where several rockets landed, touching off flames in the area but injuring no one.

Another rocket landed in an open area near the Haifa suburbs known as the Krayot. No injuries reported there, nor was there any damage.

Explosions were also heard in Akko but the source was unclear. Security personnel are investigating.
