Israel Discovers Area Filled with Explosives on Syrian-Israeli Border

Five days following the incident in the Golan Heights in which IDF forces killed four terrorists on their way to place explosive charges on the Israeli-Syrian border, the army yesterday (Thursday) unveiled a ring of explosive devices that the terrorists had succeeded in planting. Weapons, binoculars and a gun were also found.

This past Sunday four terrorists were killed while trying to plant explosives near the border fence with Syria in the Golan Heights. According to a senior military source, Israeli forces at an observation outpost spotted the terrorists, coming from the direction of Syria, and followed them. When they arrived at the border fence and planted the explosives, and IAF plane bombed the area, killing all four terrorists.
