Tunis Museum Attackers Trained in Libya

Tunisia's Secretary of State for Security, Rafik Chelly, today (Friday) said that the gunmen who attacked the Bardo National Museum in Tunis two days ago had "left the country illegally last December for Libya where they were able to train with weapons," AFP reported.

In an interview with Al-Hiwar Ettounsi televsion news, Chelly added that although they did not have detailed information, "there are training camps for Tunisians (in Libya) in Derna, Benghazi and Sabratha where they could have been trained."
