PM to Coalition Leaders: Stop Threatening Crises

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu is imploring the heads of the parties comprising the coalition to “Stop threatening with crises.”

Netanyahu said at the start of the government’s weekly cabinet meeting that “I have heard a lot of ultimatums and resignation threats as of late surrounding the ‘Jewish State Bill’ and other proposed laws. We cannot run the State this way. We must focus on strengthening security in the face of extremist Islam and the danger of the nuclear Iran, by strengthening Israel financially and by expanding its citizens’ wellbeing; not by making threats.”
