The Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose one-tenth of one percent last month, according to the Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS).
Fruit and vegetable prices went up by 5% and 2%, respectively. In contrast, the cost of footwear fell by an average of approximately 7.5%.
Housing prices, which are not included in the CPI, for the months of May and June, rose 7.7%, in comparison to the same time period last year.
