Prime Minister Netanyahu Visits Wounded Soldiers in Soroka Hospital

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu this afternoon (Monday) arrived at Soroka Hospital in Be'er Sheva to visit with soldiers who have been wounded in Operation 'Protective Edge', as well as with their families and their medical teams.

The Prime Minister told them, "You are the best among us. You are doing the holy work of protecting the citizens of Israel. The entire nation is behind you, and I am proud of each and every one of you."

Prime Minister Netanyahu then met with a wounded soldier who had volunteered from the Nahal Reconnaissance Battaltion who, despite a medical problem, volunteered to fight. The Prime Minister wrote a dedication to the soldier which read, "You have moved me with the story of your life and your heroism. I wish you a complete and a speedy recovery."
