Ben Gurion U to Help Students Called to Serve

Ben Gurion University has set up a special fund amounting to one million dollars, in order to help students serving as reservist soldiers in Operation Protective Edge. This, in order to mitigate the financial blow reservist soldiers experience, many of whom have families, and to allow them to complete the previous semester.

“Not a single one of our students will drop out of school because of the circumstances,” the university’s President, Professor Rivkah Carmi said.
