Oron Shaul's Family Starts Sitting Shiv'ah

The Shaul family, who lost soldier Oron in last Sunday's armored personnel carrier tragedy, decided, Sunday evening, to take on the customs of mourning, starting with the initial Shiv'ah seven-day mourning period.

The decision was made after hours spent with Chief Rabbi Rafi Peretz of the Israel Defense Forces and Doctor Hen Kugel, the head of the Institute of Forensic Medicine, who explained the reasons and items found in the area which led to the determination of Oron as a casualty whose burial place is not known.
