Ron Prosor, Israel's ambassador to the United Nations, said, Sunday evening, ahead of Security Council debate on Gaza, that Israel is not at war with the citizens of Gaza but with Hamas.
He added, that the equation was simple: If there's quiet in Israel, there will be quiet in Gaza.
