Main Suspect in Arab Teen's Murder has Bad Mental Past

It was disclosed, Monday that the central suspect in the killing of Mohammed Abu-Khdeir of the northern Jerusalem neighborhood of Shu'afat is a 29-year-old resident of a community close to Jerusalem who has been under psychiatric care for two years after trying to strangle his baby daughter. Charges were not brought for lack of evidence. Two relatives are suspected of helping him kill Abu-Khdeir. The exact identities of the three are still under a gag order.
