Petition Against Demolition of Terrorist's House Denied

The Supreme Court rejected, Tuesday morning, a petition by the Hotline for the Protection of the Individual (Hamoked Lehaganat Haprat in Hebrew) against the demolition of a house belonging to the brother of Ziyad Awad, who is accused of murdering senior police officer Baruch Mizrahi on the eve of Passover.

The Israel Defense Forces intend to demolish the half of the house where Awad family lived, in the Hevron area village of Idna.
