Olmert’s Attorneys Ask for Appeal Extensioמ

Former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert’s attorneys filed on Wednesday a request to extend the deadline to file an appeal of their client’s conviction and sentence in the Holyland corruption case as well as a request to delay the start of Olmert’s sentence by roughly three weeks.

According to the law, the last possible date to file an appeal is 45 days after sentencing.
