Bahrain: Opposition Leader Acquitted of Inciting Terror

A Bahrain court acquitted Khalil Marzoq, a senior member of the Shiite opposition, of all allegations attributed to him, which including “incitement to terror” and support of organizations accused of committing acts against the regime.

Marzoq was arrested last September and was released on bail a month later, after the opposition boycotted national peace talks due to his arrest.
