Rabbi Ronsky: IDF Should Step Up the Operation

Rabbi Avichai Ronsky, formerly the IDF Chief Rabbi, on Tuesday said that the IDF should step up - not scale back - the operation to locate the kidnapped boys.

Speaking to Arutz Sheva, Rabbi Ronsky said, “So far we’ve making minor moves - arresting terrorists and looking for the hostages. Eight years ago, during the Second Lebanon War following the kidnapping of two soldiers, the army hit Lebanon hard, destroyed infrastructure, bridges and power stations.”

“In terms of the scope of the current operation, the response here should be like in a war,” he added.
