Expert: Razing Terrorists' Homes Not Effective

Dr. Ely Karmon, a senior researcher at the Institute for Counterterrorism at the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzliya, said Tuesday that razing homes of terrorists who killed Israelis will not yield effective results.

"There were times they thought that it will generate deterrence, but in practice that did not work. Terrorists continued to blow themselves up, and external factors built nicer homes for their families,” Karmon told Arutz Sheva.
