Abduction-Inspired Vandalism at Nations Forest in J'lem

Police are investigating the disfiguring, discovered Tuesday morning, of about 20 plaques bearing the names of heads of state who planted trees in the Forest of Nations, next to Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.

Written next to the vandalized plaques were calls to release the three teenaged yeshiva students who have been missing since June 12th, as well as the Hebrew phrase for "Kahane was right," referring to the policy of Rabbi Meir Kahane, who wanted to remove hostile Arabs from Israel's borders.
