Roughly 1,000 people of all ages participated last night (Saturday) in a Melave Malka (lit. escorting the Sabbath Queen) event in the community of Nof Ayalon, near Modiin, home of captured yeshiva (Torah academy) high school student, Naftali Frenkel.

During the event, psalms were read by Naftali’s brother Tzvi. The community’s rabbi, Rabbi Gidon Binyamin gave an empowering speech and said that “The singing is strengthening and uplifting.”
