Ministerial Cabinet Debates Business Transparency Law

The Knesset’s Ministerial Law Cabinet will deliberate on Sunday the proposal of a law which would require elected public officials to make public their financial interests and connections.

The proposed law, initiated by MKs Miki Rosenthal (Labor) and Pnina Tamano-Shata (Yesh Atid), would also require the elected officials to publicize potential conflicts of interest and their annual increases in capital.
