Turkey Calls for Emergency NATO Meeting

Turkey called for an emergency meeting of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) in order to discuss the security situation in Iraq, after armed assailants belonging to the “Islamic State of Iraq and Levant” organization captured over 80 Turkish citizens, including a consul and tens of diplomats.
