Iraq: 150 Thousand Flee Mosul

Over 150 thousand people fled the Iraqi city of Mosul after armed assailants belonging to the “Islamic State in Iraq and in Syria” (ISIS), linked to Al-Qaeda, and conquered the country’s second largest city.
Among those who fled were many Iraqi soldiers, who had opened an onslaught on posts captured by Al-Qaeda in the city.
