MK Binyamin Ben-Eliezer, who is running in the presidential election to be held on Tuesday, was summoned on Friday for questioning by the Lahav 433 unit of the Israel Police, Channel 2 News reported.
Ben-Eliezer was questioned over information received by the Attorney General, which alleged that he had received funds illegally. Ben-Eliezer's interrogation lasted about five hours and he was then released.
