Banks Supervisor: 22% of Complaints Are Justified

The year 2013 saw 5,067 customer comments and complaints taken care of by the Bank of Israel’s Banks Supervisor. The complaints came from customers from a number of different banks in the country, a report published by the Banks Supervisor indicates.

Among the complaints lodged against the different banks, 22.2% were found to be in place, in line with last year’s statistic.
