Iran: IAEA Report Proves Core Is for Peaceful Purposes

Iran responded yesterday (Saturday) with glee to the report made by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which indicated that the country drastically cut back its use of enriched uranium.

The report supports Iran’s claim that the atomic program is meant for “acts in the promotion of peace,” said spokesperson for the Iranian nuclear core, Behrouz Kamalvandi. “There will be no change in our activities, as we have stood by our responsibility and agreement with the world powers.”
