Gaddafi’s Son Won’t Stand Trial in Libya

The International Criminal Court (ICC) ruled that it will take charge of the case against Saif al-Islam Gaddafi, the son of former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, not the Libyan courts.

Five judges denied the Tripoli government’s appeal on the decision to hold a trial against Gaddafi the son at Hague on charges of war crimes.
