Iran: We Will Not Agree to Reduce Nuclear Activity

Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran Abbas Araghchi said that the heavy water facility in Arak will continue to work using 40 mega-watts and will not be reduced.

Last month, the head of the Iranian Authority for Atomic Energy, Eli Salahi announced that the conflict surrounding the Arak nuclear reactor was resolved after Iran suggested redirecting it to create one-fifth of the amount of plutonium originally planned for.
