US Denied Sale of 13 Billion Dollar Israeli Defense System

A source within Israel’s Defense Ministry said that Israeli is likely to lose out on a 13 billion dollar deal with Poland due to pressure placed by American companies on the government in Washington. The deal in question refers to the sale of a “David’s Sling” defense system.

As compensation, it is likely that the system’s creators will receive roles in the sale of future arms to Warsaw, led by the United States. “The Americans will be happy, the Poles will be happy, and there will still be something left over for us,” the source said.
