Today: Talks about a Plea Bargain for Shula Zaken

Prosecution and defense teams involved in the Shula Zaken case will attempt to convince Justice David Rosen this morning (Thursday) to adopt a plea bargain signed by the defendant. This move comes days before a ruling was set to be made regarding the Holyland case.

In the past Rosen had said that he was in no rush to adopt a plea bargain, unless he would be convinced that Zaken was leading to what he called a “Cleaning of stables.” According to the plea bargain, Zaken would serve 11 months in prison.
