Holyland Partner Gets 3 Years


Judge David Rosen of the Tel Aviv District Court sentenced Avigdor Kellner, a partner of Holyland developer Hillel Charney, to three years in prison for his part in the corruption case involving approval of the Jerusalem real-estate development after it appeared headed for rejection.

Kellner was convicted on two counts of being an intermediary for bribery and one count of money laundering.
