South Korea: North Korea to Pay for Nuclear Testing

The South Korean Foreign Minister warned that continued testing of nuclear weapons in North Korea will increase the “Extremely high price,” and will threaten the continuation of Kim Jong-un’s reign over the country. He said that the United Nations will place new sanctions on North Korea if the situation does not change.

The minister reiterated North Korean President Park Geun-hye’s offer to reunite North and South Korea.
