60 Dead in Fighting Among Syrian Rebels

In four days of fighting between rival rebel factions in Syria this past week, 62 rebel fighters were killed and 62,000 people were uprooted from their homes as they were torched by activists in a number of villages. Some of the refugees crossed the border while others sought sanctuary in areas not controlled by government forces, who have taken advantage of the infighting.

Ayman Zawahiri, whose Al-Qaeda terrorist network oversees both groups, instructed one of them to stop fighting the other and concentrate on fighting the forces loyal to President Bashar Al-Assad and their allies [Hezbollah -ed.]. Thousands of jihadists have been killed since the start of 2014, including Muslim volunteers from elsewhere, including the West.
